Stephane Giraudie (Founder, Chief Product Officer) Stephane is the Chief Product Officer and Founder of Papilia, where he has been responsible for designing fundraising and communications solutions that help nonprofit clients attract new supporters and better engage their existing ones. Stephane has spent his entire career developing long-range technology product strategies, building the teams to support them, and successfully taken offerings to market. Stephane has defined, launched and managed more than a dozen consumer products for MGI Software and for Qualys. Stephane holds a Bachelor in Economics from the University of Clermont-Ferrand, an MBA from the Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Toulouse, and has studied entrepreneurial finance and management at the Stanford University executive program.
Patrice Vallmajo (Chief Technology Officer) Patrice is the CTO of Papilia, where he and his world-class team are responsible for the development of patent pending personalization technology as well as the company's fundraising and communications solutions. Patrice has specialized in imaging and publishing technologies, spending the last decade designing software architecture, developing innovative core technology and leading engineering projects through aggressive schedules. As Architect and Image Scientist for Snapfish he was responsible for the architecture, systems designs and software development that served millions of users and hundreds of millions of their pictures. Previously, he was Engineering Manager and Lead Developer for MGI Software (formerly LivePicture and LivePix). Among his clients there were Kodak, Fuji, EPSON and Minolta. Patrice graduated from the ESSI Software Engineering School of Sophia-Antipolis (France) and holds Master of Science in Image Processing and Virtual Reality from the University of Nice.
Hillary New (VP, Client Services) Hillary is the Vice President of Client Services, where she is responsible for each client’s success and satisfaction with Papilia’s fundraising and communications solutions. She has extensive experience in both acquisition and retention marketing, managing email and online marketing programs at Post Communications (now Yesmail), Digital Impact (Acxiom Digital) and Merkle|Quris. While there, she developed and executed strategies across an array of clients, including Kraft Foods, Charles Schwab, Sony Electronics, Yahoo!, Countrywide, DirecTV, Visa and Lexus. Before working online, Hillary worked in direct advertising overseas and developed nationwide marketing campaigns for RCA Label Group, A&M Records, Polydor Records and their artists. Hillary graduated with honors from the University of Richmond with a B.A. in French and International Studies.
Adolfo Vide (Lead Imaging Scientist) As Papilia's Lead Image Scientist, Adolfo has pioneered the company's position as a leader in imaging, and has fulfilled the company's promise to offer a uniquely user friendly experience to its customers. Adolfo has spent the past 19 years developing innovative software that includes imaging technology, games and handwriting recognition. He has been the main contributor for seven approved patents and one pending. Most recently, he was VP of Software and R&D at EGG Solution Optronics where he was responsible for their 360° imaging core technology. Prior to that, he was the France General Manager for Live Picture where he developed customizable and scriptable software for acquiring, retouching, compositing and printing digital photos for companies such as Kodak, Fuji and Minolta. Adolfo received a BS in Engineering from the University of Cachan in France.
Daniel Gorelick (Controller) is responsible for all accounting and finance related aspects of the company. Daniel has over ten years of professional corporate finance experience. He began his finance career with nearly five years in Ernst & Young’s Corporate Finance group, working with such clients as AMD, Sun Microsystems, Genentech, Elan, Autodesk, Netscape and Ericsson. Since then he has held Director or Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis positions with DoveBid, Yodlee, and Edusoft (a Houghton Mifflin company). Daniel has a B.S. in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
