Papilia Appoints New VP Client Services
Seasoned Executive to Manage Company’s Rapid Customer Growth


Papilia, a pioneer in fundraising and communication and personalization technology designed for the nonprofit market, today announced that Hillary New has joined the company as Vice President of Client Services. Her primary responsibilities include responsibility for each client’s success and satisfaction with Papilia’s fundraising and communications solutions.

New brings to Papilia extensive experience in both acquisition and retention marketing, managing email and online marketing programs at Post Communications (now Yesmail), Digital Impact (Acxiom Digital) and Merkle |Quris. While there, New developed and executed strategies across an array of clients, including Kraft Foods, Charles Schwab, Sony Electronics, Yahoo!, Countrywide, DirecTV, Visa and Lexus. Before working online, Hillary worked in direct advertising overseas and developed nationwide marketing campaigns for RCA Label Group, A& M Records, Polydor Records and their artists. Hillary graduated with honors from the University of Richmond with a B.A. in French and International Studies.
