Papilia’s Fall ‘07 Release is here and Winter ’08 is not far behind! Fall ‘07 which is currently live includes two new features to improve your donors’ experience. The first is an enhanced Acknowledgements Engine which allows you to customize and brand your automatic acknowledgement emails. The second is the ability to accept donations in an unprecedented 16 currencies!

CUSTOMIZE YOUR ACKNOWLEDEGEMENT EMAILS

Included in Fall ‘07 is an enhanced Acknowledgement Engine. Not only do you now have the ability to personalize your automatic acknowledgement emails based upon donor attributes, but you can also customize emails based on the donation form. What’s more – you can now brand your acknowledgement emails and add your signature for a truly personalized approach.

WINTER ’08 RELEASE IS ON ITS WAY

Starting in late November, Winter ’08 will be released on a monthly basis and will include new features to encourage end-of-year donations, grow your e-mail database, manage events and members, and more.

IMPORT ALL DONOR RECORDS - INCLUDING THOSE WITHOUT EMAIL!
Tired of emailing only a small percentage of your donors? Then Winter ’08 has the feature you need. Launching in November, Winter ‘08 will enable you to easily import your entire donor database – including supporters whose email addresses you haven’t captured - and issue them a supporter id, similar to a frequent flier number.  This will enable you to capture their email addresses as they print their tax receipts, for example.

DONORS PRINT THEIR TAX RECEIPTS WHILE YOU BUILD YOUR EMAIL LIST
Simply notify them via mail of their supporter id and encourage them to log in to the Papilia system to view and print their tax receipts. They’ll be prompted to provide their email address, helping to grow your email list. They’ll love the convenience of printing their tax receipts and you’ll love the ability to communicate with a greater percentage of your database, through a lower cost means than direct mail alone. It’s a great win win.

MANAGE YOUR EVENTS WITH EASE
Due to overwhelming customer feedback, our Winter ’08 Release will include Event Management. This exciting new feature will enable you to plan and manage all of your fundraising and member events. Send invitations process credit card payments and log registrations for a number of tickets or seats for an event. This comprehensive feature also includes event reporting. What you’ll get:

GOT MEMBERS? WE’VE GOT YOU COVERED?
We're thrilled to announce a new feature to enable member-based organizations to register new members and process credit card payments. With Winter ’08, they’ll be able to assign benefits based on a tiered membership model. Member-based non-profits will also be able to take advantage of payment forms, fields, lists and data integration.

INTEGRATE YOUR DATA AS OFTEN AS YOU’D LIKE
In response to another popular feature request, we’re proud to announce the ability to synchronize your donor database with the Papilia platform in a self-service environment. Due to some extensive investments in data integration and synchronization, Winter ’08 will now include:

1. Flexible mapping for salesforce.com fields synchronization
2. Self-service for .csv files
